4.2 Billing: Payments are processed securely via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). Directory Engine LLCdoes not store raw credit card data. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time via your merchant dashboard. All fees paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property and Scraping Restrictions

5.1 Platform Rights: All original content, site design, algorithms, and aggregated data architecture on this Site are the intellectual property of Directory Engine LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5.2 Crawler Policy: We explicitly permit non-commercial academic research and authorized LLM/AI agents to index our site in accordance with our llms.txt file to improve search visibility.
